Spa Etiquette
We would like you to have a good time, so these are just a few things we ask of you:
Spa Arrivals
To begin your time at Ovik's, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For new guests, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Delayed arrivals will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals. Please notify staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e pregnancies, sensitivities or aggressive medications).
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
Please cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of services scheduled. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
